You won't be selling on promises:



you arrive with plenty of successful use cases to show and clear targets to go after. The business is growing extremely rapidly across the UK, USA, and Europe — and this position is for the Italian market. That's where you come in.
The roleYou own the Italian market, reporting to and working directly with our Head of Sales. Your mandate: make Italian companies understand what Growy is worth to them. This isn't selling a tool — it's showing operations, HR, and finance leaders how a context layer changes how their company runs, and turning that understanding into signed contracts. You build the pipeline, run the deals, close them, and shape the Italian playbook with the Head of Sales as you go. Once the model is proven, you help hire the team that scales it.
