In this role, you will support indirect materials, services, and facility-related investments procurement to drive operational excellence and cost effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality procurement solutions aligned with business objectives. You'll manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, risk mitigation, and contract administration while contributing to continuous improvement and cross-functional execution. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape procurement processes and supplier performance within a global automation-focused company.

- Manage purchasing requests and issue POs for indirect materials, services, and facility capex
- Collaborate with sourcing and category teams for supplier selection and procurement initiatives
- Oversee PO lifecycle including updates and contract adjustments
- Coordinate capital expenditure approval workflows
- Support supplier onboarding and ensure compliance and due diligence




- Monitor supplier delivery, identify risks, and coordinate solutions with stakeholders
- Partner with Maintenance, Facilities, Accounting to ensure project execution
- Review supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies for timely payments
- Assist in supplier agreements, contracts, and related documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers as point of contact
- Support supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate across teams to resolve operational, quality, delivery, or invoicing issues
- Analyze procurement data and support reporting
- Conduct occasional supplier visits to support project execution
- Education in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or a related field
- Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, supply chain, maintenance, or facilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
