The role

What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating internal communication campaigns that help colleagues understand and engage with CPI’s priorities.
- Creating clear, engaging content for channels such as the intranet, newsletters, leadership updates and presentations.
- Supporting major organisational announcements to ensure messaging is consistent, timely and aligned to CPI’s tone of voice.
- Managing and optimising internal communication channels to keep content fresh, relevant and high‑quality.
- Monitoring engagement data and turning insights into practical recommendations.
- Producing employer brand content for careers pages, social media, Glassdoor and Indeed.
- Gathering employee feedback through surveys and focus groups to help shape engagement activity.
- Building strong relationships across teams to source great stories and support communication needs.
Essential
- A degree (or equivalent) in Communications, Marketing, Business, HR or a related field.
