Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Preparing and assigning work schedules to the electrical team and subcontractors
- Plan and schedule daily work.
- Supervising and motivating team members
- Ensuring proper handling of electrical materials and equipment during the installation stages
- Maintaining safety standards and adhering to electrical codes and permits to work.
- Supervision of the installing all the electrical equipment that will install in the site.
- Control and keep track of scope changes, engineering changes and any other changes, non-conformities and technical queries
- Reviewing work procedures, method statement and suggesting improvement measures
- Coordinate with the different contractors the execution of the works, interferences and daily follow-up.
- Training and evaluating performances of new employees.
- Coordinating with on-site p
