At Tosca, we help the world's leading retailers and suppliers eliminate waste, reduce costs, and improve efficiency through our reusable packaging solutions.
Tosca is a global leader in reusable packaging and pooling solutions, supporting supply chains end-to-end. We enable companies to transition away from single-use packaging towards a circular model of reusable packaging, using our robust portfolio of plastic containers, pallets, bins, crates, and more.
Our solutions optimize the flow of perishables, eliminate waste across the supply chain, and help create more efficient, resilient, and sustainable logistics systems.
We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into action and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that support business growth.
As Marketing Manager, you will drive a broad range of marketing activities across Europe, including campaigns, events, content development, sales enablement materials, digital assets, and customer engagement initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, and the broader Marketing team, you will play a key role in strengthening Tosca's market presence and supporting commercial objectives.
This is a highly operational role requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
Please note that this position does not include people management responsibilities. It is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects and being actively involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing programs.
This role reports to the VP Marketing EMEA.
