Role and responsibilities
La risorsa verrà inserita nell’ufficio commerciale e fornirà un supporto di back-office.
Principali attività:

- Gestione completa degli ordini: inserimento, monitoraggio, conferme e aggiornamento dei progressi.
- Gestione e aggiornamento dei dati del cliente attraverso i gestionali aziendali.
- Preparazione e gestione della documentazione commerciale e doganale.
- Supporto nella gestione delle comunicazioni con clienti e fornitori;
- Gestione logistica spedizioni;
- Collaborazione per la pianificazione delle consegne e la risoluzione di eventuali questioni relative agli ordini, alle spedizioni e alla fatturazione.
- Supporto marketing vendite;
