Role Description We are seeking a General Manager to lead the Real Estate Division of VRL Luxury Brokerage and drive its commercial development, team growth, and international expansion.

Working directly with the Board,



you will be responsible for translating the company’s vision into a clear strategy for the division, establishing commercial priorities, and overseeing their execution.

This is a leadership role for an experienced real estate professional who combines strategic thinking with the ability to manage teams, develop business, and remain directly involved in high-value opportunities and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities Define and implement the Real Estate Division’s commercial strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives.

Lead, coordinate, and develop a network of real estate consultants and brokers.

Support the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and professional development of new team members.

Establish commercial targets and monitor performance, pipeline development, and transaction progress.
