Technogym Village, Cesena, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer Specialist to lead Lean-based continuous improvement across production. You will collaborate with R&D;, QA and operations to optimize processes, train line operators and uphold safety and quality standards.
You will apply structured problem-solving methods (6σ, Kaizen) to drive efficiency, coordinate line balances, organize training modules and validate processes and equipment within a scalable manufacturing environment.
