Mavenir is seeking an on-site customer engineer to deploy products at client sites, oversee diagnostics, and handle installation and maintenance of complex equipment. You will instruct customers in operation and maintenance and liaise on technical matters for assigned projects.
Responsibilities include log analysis, issue isolation, SLA adherence, changes on deployed systems, and driving improvements with product teams.
