Kepak Group in Italy is seeking an ambitious EU Retail Development Manager to lead the development and execution of our European retail growth strategy. This role will identify and secure new direct-to-retail opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and deliver sustainable growth across key European markets.
Frequent travel across the EU is expected. You will collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, NPD, Finance, Quality, and Marketing teams to drive initiatives
