Your new team
As a Consultant Cybersecurity Human Risk & Awareness, you will join our Group Cybersecurity team within Technology.
Technology is vital to Ahold Delhaize and its entire family of brands. As a global team,
we support and accelerate tech transformation and IT optimization. You’ll work in a diverse, international environment with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key focus areas of your role
In this role, you will strengthen our organization’s human firewall by designing and delivering engaging cybersecurity awareness initiatives. You’ll collaborate globally and cross-functionally to embed security best practices into daily operations and employee behavior.
Design and deliver security awareness programs
Develop and deliver training programs (e-learning, workshops, campaigns) to educate employees on cybersecurity threats and safe behaviors.
Create impactful awareness content
Produce engaging materials such as campaigns, posters, emails, and intranet content to keep security top-of-mind across the organization.
Assess and improve human risk posture
Support security assessments, measure awa
