JOB SUMMARY

The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the learning, leadership development, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning strategies across the Lefay Resorts cluster.

This role is critical to ensuring that learning, leadership, and talent development initiatives remain aligned with the company's values, culture and business objectives. Working closely with the Executive Committee and operational leaders,



the L&D; Manager would be responsible for identifying service gaps, developing targeted learning strategies, and ensuring the effective leadership development across both resorts.

The position plays a key role in the deployment and sustainability of Marriott programs, including Power of M and HOME, ensuring their successful implementation and integration into daily operations. The role is also responsible for leveraging Marriott's learning ecosystem, including DLZ, NovoEd and corporate development programs.

In addition, the L&D; Manager is responsible for coordinating the Lefay SPA Academy.

The position would also lead, together with the DHR the deployment of Peak Performance and Coaching Mindset initiatives, while strengthening leadership capabilities and building a sustainable talent pipeline for the future.
