An industrial manufacturing company in Turin is seeking a Business Process & Automation Specialist to join its Administration, Finance, and Control team.
The role will focus on operating and improving a low-code BPM platform while also supporting day-to-day finance and administrative activities. As the new system develops, you will gradually take on a larger role in workflow optimisation, automation, and digital process improvement.
The ideal candidate should have strong logical and analytical thinking, good Excel skills and an interest in using technology to improve business processes. Advanced programming expertise is not required.

Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and configure workflows on the low-code BPM platform




- Provide technical support to internal users and assist with system-related queries
- Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and improve business processes
- Support payment processing, expense management, and other finance administration
- Manage data imports and exports between business systems
- Support internal control processes including P2P, contract management, and T&E; activities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using business data
- Work with the CFO and Finance Manager to understand business processes and propose practical improvements

Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, IT Support, or a related area
- Strong logical and analytical thinking with the ability to structure processes and conditions
- Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP, IF functions, and table management
- Experience using SaaS or cloud-based services
