The St. Regis Rome is seeking a passionate Sommelier to deliver outstanding service to our international guests and lead by example within the AB Restaurant team. You will curate wine and sake selections, engage guests with expert recommendations, and train staff to uphold the highest standards.
Reporting to the Specialty Restaurant Manager, the candidate will foster a welcoming atmosphere, stay ahead of beverage trends, and ensure meticulous inventory and service quality every day.
