Responsabilità
- Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team with the product owner to outline product strategies
- Design application architectures and technical solutions for services
- Work with fellow engineers in a collaborative environment
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security requirements
- Advocate for continuous improvement in development processes and technologies





Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of OOP, OOD, SOLID, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Proven experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring
- Experience with automated testing strategies
- Familiarity with SQL/RDBMS
- Exposure to high availability solutions and SaaS/PaaS models
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Cross-functional collaboration
