Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Global Functions HR Business Partner, joining the HR Team, reporting to the HR Senior Manager Global Functions.
This role will partner with business leaders to implement the HR strategy, with focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.
In particular, you will:
- Collaborate with business leaders and Line Managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers,
providing guidance on people-related matters and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Support and manage organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, culture change and process improvements.
- Ensure that HR priorities and initiatives are effectively translated into business actions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent needs and defining profiles to sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Conduct direct searches and proactively identify high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the company culture and working environment.
- Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews and performance improvement plans where required.
