Generali Group is seeking a Delegated Powers Specialist in Pavia, Lombardy. You will draft and maintain DoD and PoA, including permanent powers for AG managers, and support the evaluation of delegated powers systems.
You will monitor governance tools, update internal rules, coordinate with People and Organization for notarization of the GCEO Atto Risolutivo, and manage notary appointments while meeting tight deadlines. This role offers dynamic development opportunities within a global group.
