About Pete Tong DJ Academy
Pete Tong DJ Academy (PTDJA) is the career platform for the next generation of DJs and producers. Founded with Pete Tong and Carl Cox and a roster of world class artists, we combine structured education, community and real career opportunities in one subscription, serving members in more than 140 countries. We have just raised to scale, and our mission is to empower one million artists.
The role
We are hiring a senior SEO who wants full ownership of an organic engine, end to end and hands on. Today our growth is paid heavy; your job is to change that. You will own everything organic: technical SEO, the topic and keyword strategy our content team executes,

You work with our content and web teams but you have no SEO team under you: this role is built for an operator who prefers doing to delegating, and whose results show up in the acquisition cost of the whole company.
Your north star

What you will own
- Technical SEO and site health: architecture, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema and structured data, working with our web team.
- Keyword and topic cluster strategy, briefed to and executed with our in house content team (you set the map, they produce).
- AI search visibility (GEO / AEO): making PTDJA the source AI assistants cite for DJ and production questions: entity
