Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist provides advanced technical support for complex customer inquiries related to electro-mechanical equipment and software solutions. Acting as a subject matter expert, this role drives issue resolution, supports product performance in the field, and ensures a high-quality customer experience through effective troubleshooting, escalation management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your role:
- Deliver expert technical support for complex customer issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring customers can effectively utilize Philips products and solutions.
- Act as a key escalation point for challenging technical cases, leveraging deep product knowledge and analytical skills to diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Partner closely with Field Service Engineers, Customer Care, Quality, Clinical, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D; teams to resolve issues and drive continuous product improvement.
- Contribute to quality and reliability initiatives by identifying trends,



documenting recurring issues, and providing valuable feedback to influence future product enhancements.
- Continuously expand technical expertise through exposure to advanced troubleshooting, cross-functional projects, emerging technologies, and customer-facing problem-solving opportunities in a global environment.

You're the right fit if:
- No prior experience required with a Bachelor's Degree, or a minimum of 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Technical Support, Customer Support, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues, manage escalations, and communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
