h3Job Titlebr/RD Consumer OE Engineer /h3 h3About the role /h3 h3Job Purpose /h3 pJoin a global leader in the tire industry as Engineer in Bridgestone EMEA Consumer OE Tire Development Division. You will work in a multicultural, cross-functional team alongside experts in RD, testing, and manufacturing, contributing to the innovation of high-performance tire products for both regional and global markets. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupport the design, development, and validation of new tire concepts from idea to industrialization. /li liCollaborate with simulation and testing teams to optimize tire performance characteristics. /li liAnalyze test data and iterate design parameters based on performance feedback. /li liStatistically evaluate main correlations between input and output and propose robust test plan to deep dive in the assessment. /li liParticipate in material selection and process feasibility reviews supervised by the team leader. /li liSupport benchmarking and competitor analysis activities. /li liContribute to sustainability-driven projects within product development. /li liDocument and communicate technical findings clearly to internal stakeholders. /li liAssist in project planning and timeline tracking.
/li liEnsure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems. /li liWork proactively in an international and inclusive team environment. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience Required /h3 h3Education, Master, other certification: /h3 h3Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplines, (PhD/MBA is a plus). /h3 h3Technical Skills: /h3 ul liBasic knowledge of vehicle dynamics, finite element analysis, or material behavior is a plus. /li liMS Office package knowledge(proficient) /li liLarge data analysis and AI capabilities (nice to have) /li /ul h3Experience (years): /h3 h30+ (Any experience in automotive industry is welcome.) /h3 h3Languages Skills: /h3 h3Proficient in English; other languages are a plus. /h3 h3Soft/Behavioral Skills: /h3 pStrong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset /p pSalary range: 37.601,10 - 46.500 /p pThe salary range is based on gender-neutral criteria: applicable CCNL requirements, responsibilities, working conditions and market benchmarks for the role and location.
