Find your future at Revvity /ppAs a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the technical face of Revvity across Italy, ensuring our cutting-edge diagnostic and life science instruments deliver maximum value to customers. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, instrument uptime, and ultimately, scientific breakthroughs in laboratories nationwide. Collaborating closely with Sales, Applications, and Service teams across Europe, you'll contribute to Revvity's overall business performance and growth. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliTechnical Service Delivery /li /ulpDiagnose, repair, and maintain Revvity's Diagnostics and Life Sciences portfolio (immunoassay platforms, LC/MS, DNA extractors, plate readers, imaging systems, liquid handling, etc.) ensuring maximum uptime across Italian territory. /ppExecute preventive maintenance schedules and respond to service calls, prioritizing critical customer needs. /ppManage and track technical escalations, coordinating with European technical support and product specialists to ensure timely resolution /ppProvide on-site technical training and troubleshooting support to optimize instrument performance. /ph3Collaboration Business Impact /h3pPartner with Sales, Applications, and European Service teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities. /ppShare field insights with Product Management to support continuous improvement initiatives. /ph3Operational Administrative Excellence /h3ulliManage spare parts inventory and complete all service documentation, reports, and expenses per SLA requirements.



/liliMaintain current technical documentation and ensure compliance with Quality Management System and safety standards. /liliAlign activities with departmental KPIs and performance targets. /li /ulh3REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE /h3pEducation /pulliTechnical degree or University degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. /li /ulpExperience /pulliMinimum 5 years in field service engineering with proven ability to independently resolve complex technical issues /liliHands-on experience with analytical/clinical instrumentation in laboratory environments (pharmaceutical, research, clinical, academic) /liliTrack record of successful preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated technical equipment /liliAdvanced PC skills including Windows, networking, and laboratory information systems /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliStrong electronics background, preferably in high-tech service environments. /liliUnderstanding of analytical and clinical instrument applications. /liliExperience with any Revvity portfolio instruments is a strong plus (immunoassay platforms, LC/MS, DNA extractors, plate readers, imaging systems, liquid handling, etc.). /li /ulh3Soft Skills Languages /h3ulliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally at all customer levels. /liliAutonomous, organized, and rigorous with strong team collaboration mindset. /liliFluent Italian and strong English skills (able to communicate effectively in technical discussions, write reports, and collaborate with international teams); additional languages are a plus.

Where applicable, the range is further aligned with the provisions and classification structures of the relevant collective bargaining agreement (CBA). This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to the fixed base salary. The target compensation mix for this role is 83% fixed salary and 17% variable pay.
