The position is based at theInnovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (MI)and offers the opportunity to become part of a prestigious global network.WHAT DO WE OFFER?The opportunity to develop techniques and skills in defining an offline and online communication plan in line with the company's strategy; The opportunity toacquire the basic operational elements of communication and event organization within a multinational context; A 6-month full-time internship, with reimbursement of expenses of €800 gross and meal vouchers worth €8.00 (€7.00 for smartworking); Company shuttle fromMilan (Milan Rogoredo, Lambrate, and Segrate stations).WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?Take responsibility to manage data,
develop reports and troubleshooting data issues; Develop and implement data analytics and other strategies that optimize process efficiency; Support the maintenance of databases/data system & NOEP tools; Work with engineering team to prioritize business and information needs; Locate, document anddefine new process improvement and innovation opportunities; Support the development of new solutions that meets digitalization goals.EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:Soft Skills:Solution Orientation, Adaptability, Problem Solving, Collaboration, Good Communication and Presentation skills; Hard Skills:PowerBI, SQL, VBA, PowerApp, Sharepoint.
