Because who you are is what we need. /p h3bJob Category /b /h3 pRetail /p h3bPosition Summary /b /h3 pThe Senior Technician position requires your talent and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using your leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction. Pay Range: $18.54 - $31.63 Our technicians enjoy a performance‑based compensation model known as flat‑rate pay. This system rewards our skilled professionals with a predetermined amount for each eligible task, fostering a culture of efficiency and swift task accomplishment, ensuring you're fairly rewarded for your expertise and dedication. All employees receive pay that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage requirements. /b /p h3bResponsibilities /b /h3 ul liDiagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust,
primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems. /li liAdequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals. /li liStay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training. /li liAssist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities. /li liObtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1 – A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail.
