The role will focus on supporting and executing projects in the areas of strongManufacturing Execution Systems (MES) /strong, strongOperational Technology (OT) /strong, and strongBusiness Intelligence (BI) /strong, contributing to the digital transformation roadmap across our global Operations. /ppThe ideal candidate has a solid technical background, hands-on experience in MES and OT environments, and a passion for data-driven innovation and agile digitalization projects. He/She will work closely with our Manufacturing Engineering, IT and other BPI teams to support the implementation of digital solutions that improve efficiency, traceability, and performance on the shop floor. /ppstrongMain responsibilities: /strong /pulliSupport the execution of innovation projects across all phases: requirements gathering, functional analysis, technical specifications, testing, go-live, and post-deployment monitoring. /liliCollaborate with IT teams,
system integrators, and solution providers to ensure successful project delivery. /liliAnalyze shop floor data and contribute to the development of Business Intelligence reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational performance. /liliProvide day-to-day support for MES and OT solutions, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliCoordinate with other BPI Centers of Excellence (e.g., Digital Manufacturing DIGMA, Digital-SPC, AI Advanced Analytics, Traceability, Smart Retail Operations) to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across initiatives. /li /ulpstrongMain requirements: /strong /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Statistic, Industrial Automation, or a related field. /liliKnowledge of MES, OT systems, Power-BI and other digital manufacturing projects /liliKnowledge of manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 principles. /liliFamiliarity with systems such as SCADA, PLCs, data historians, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). /liliGood analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliStrong communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset. /liliFluent in English; French or other languages are a plus. /li /ulpstrongOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /strong /ppWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
