In this role, you'll work at the intersection of service, engineering, product development, and customer success, helping us deliver exceptional reliability and performance worldwide. /p pbWhy this role matters /b /p pAs our Technical Support Expert, you will be more than a problem solver. /p pYou will be the voice of the field within our development teams, transforming customer feedback into product improvements and contributing directly to the design of future solutions. /p pYour expertise will help customers operate more efficiently, support our service network globally, and ensure our products continue to set the benchmark for quality and reliability. /p h3What you'll do /h3 pbSolve the toughest technical challenges /b /p ul liAct as the highest level of technical support for complex customer issues. /li liSupport local service specialists around the world and occasionally travel on-site when required. /li liHelp customers quickly return to optimal operation. /li /ul pbDrive continuous product improvement /b /p ul liAnalyze warranty claims, field failures, and connected equipment data. /li liIdentify trends and root causes. /li liLead discussions that improve product quality and customer satisfaction. /li /ul pbInfluence the products of tomorrow /b /p ul liCollaborate closely with engineering and development teams. /li liEnsure serviceability, reliability,



and lifecycle cost considerations are embedded from the earliest design stages. /li liRepresent the service perspective in key development projects. /li /ul pbShare knowledge globally /b /p ul liCreate technical training programs, troubleshooting tools, and learning content. /li liEmpower service teams worldwide with the knowledge they need to succeed. /li /ul pbWork across functions and cultures /b /p ul liPartner with colleagues in engineering, production, marketing, and service. /li liCollaborate in an international environment where ideas and innovation are encouraged. /li /ul h3What makes you successfull /h3 pWe're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with curiosity and a customer-focused mindset. /p pYou likely have: /p ul liA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience. /li liStrong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex systems. /li liExcellent communication skills in English. /li liA collaborative and proactive approach. /li liThe drive to continuously learn and develop. /li /ul pExperience with compressed air systems or air treatment products is appreciated, but your willingness to learn and grow is what truly matters. /p pAre you thrilled by the opportunity,
