pMüller's Solutions is actively seeking a talented BMC Helix Consultant / Solution Architect to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will harness your deep understanding of the BMC Helix platform to create, implement, and enhance solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design architecture, and ensure that our solutions provide the highest value and efficiency. /ppAs a key member of our team, you will guide clients through the complexities of Helix implementations, ensuring they derive maximum vantaggi from their investments. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliEngage with clients to identify and analyze their business requirements and technical specifications. /liliArchitect and configure BMC Helix solutions that align with client objectives and workflows. /liliLead the implementation process, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout. /liliProvide technical expertise and support during system testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities. /liliCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution specifications,



and user guides. /liliStay current on BMC Helix updates and industry trends to continually improve solutions. /liliConduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to enable effective use of Helix solutions. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /ph3Requirements: /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. /liliA minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or solution architect role focused on BMC Helix. /liliExtensive knowledge of the Helix platform, including its architecture and various functionalities. /liliProficiency in designing client-centric solutions through a deep understanding of business processes. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and teams. /liliAbility to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a remote work environment. /liliBMC Helix certifications are highly desirable. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
