You'll unlock opportunities for clients, across borders, cultures, legal and commercial disciplines. /p pJoin us to work with colleagues as one global team - empowering each other to be exceptional and create advantage for our clients. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3The role /h3 pWithin our approachable, friendly and team-based way of working, you will advise on market-leading mandates in contentious and non-contentious matters. /p pOur Team obtains clearances for our clients in the world's most challenging merger control proceedings, acts on the most significant dominance cases, and represents clients on complex multi-jurisdictional cartels. We also help our clients to avoid antitrust issues by developing and implementing sophisticated compliance programs, and we are at the forefront of state aid cases in Europe,
delivering a blend of high-quality legal input and pragmatic business-focused advice. /p pOur way of working is based on an international environment with a high level of collaboration and frequent contacts with other Clifford Chance offices around the world with the aim of guaranteeing the best possible service to our international clients. /p h3Who you will work with /h3 pThe Antitrust Team is composed by professionals who support our clients on their most complex and important antitrust matters across the world with the aim to solve multinational antitrust issues, taking into account the interplay between different practices and rules, and always mindful of the practical implications antitrust issues may have on our clients' business. /p h3What you will do /h3 pYou will be given the chance to handle a variety of work and be involved in working closely with clients and other lawyers. This means that you will develop outstanding transactional and organisational skills as well as developing superb technical abilities. /p pThis role presents an excellent opportunity for career progression.
/p h3Qualifications /h3 h3Your career experience so far /h3 pYou will ideally be an Associate (with up to 7 years post qualification experience) with Antitrust experience in top tier international law firm or Italian structured law firm. /p pYou will be a self-starter with a strong academic background, a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills and a high level of commercial awareness, able to lead deals while managing different work-streams. /p h3How we will support you /h3 pFrom your first day with us, you will have varied opportunities to continuously grow and development your skills and knowledge.
