The GM will be responsible for the overall country strategy and deliverables, in line with the company priorities. We are looking for an execution-focused operator who can propel ElevenLabs in the country. As part of the role, you will: /p ul lipDevelop and execute our Country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting and hiring /p /li lipDesign the optimal pipeline to reach our ambitious sales targets in the B2B side. In this sense, you will be expected to lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market /p /li lipHire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations /p /li lipDefine event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness /p /li lipRepresent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances /p /li lipWork with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities, in partnership with the global BD team /p /li lipIdeate, own and drive big bets in the country /p /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul lip15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects /p /li lipBackground in consulting and sales /p /li lipDeep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises /p /li lipOwner mentality.
