pIn this role you will lead the integration program for Deel’s product suite, guiding customers and internal teams through API-driven implementations. You’ll act as the primary contact for onboarding and success teams on integrations, troubleshoot issues, and steer projects from plan to deployment. Your work enables SMB to enterprise customers to deploy seamless integrations at scale, shaping how Deel’s platform connects with client systems. and testing /liliDevelop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needs /liliWork with the Integrations and API Product team to address common challenges /liliMaintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite and its integrations /liliCreate and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrations /liliCommunicate regularly with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about project status and issues /liliGuide customers through integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful deployment /lili2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment /liliStrong understanding of API integrations /liliProven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approach /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams /liliAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines /liliExperience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAP /liliFamiliarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus /liliCollaborative with senior stakeholders /liliProactive problem solving /liliAPI integrations /liliExperience with HRIS/ERP systems: QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday, SAP /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
