Join us to make your contribution. /p pLocation: Breganze, IT /p pWorkplace Type: Onsite /p pEmployment Duration: Permanent /p h3The Project Engineer, Agile Master /h3 pThe Project Engineer, Agile Master, supports the delivery of complex software and automation solutions for IDEAL Combines, enabling iterative development across integrated machine systems. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pFacilitate Agile team events and iterative development cycles for software and automation components, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and adherence to agreed processes within a complex engineering environment. /p pGuide team members and stakeholders in Agile ways of working, promoting accountability, ownership, effective collaboration, transparency, and a results-driven team culture. /p pDrive continuous improvement by facilitating reviews and retrospectives, identifying improvement opportunities, tracking action plans, and enhancing delivery quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness. /p pProactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments by identifying delivery challenges, coordinating with related teams, resolving blockers where possible, and escalating complex issues when necessary. /p pCollaborate closely with software engineers, automation specialists, system architects, validation teams, and other stakeholders to provide visibility into progress, risks, and delivery status while supporting team-level outcomes within established Agile frameworks. /p h3Your Experience and Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science,
