h3WHAT YOU’LL DO /h3 pAs an Area Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in creating an inspiring, engaging, and commercially competitive customer experience across multiple stores by applying visual standards and driving commercial excellence. Working closely with Store Managers, Visual teams, and Sales Market partners, you will contribute to the implementation of commercial concepts, the development of team capabilities, and the achievement of sales targets, ensuring a consistent brand presentation throughout your area of responsibility. You will: /p ul liDrive excellent visual and commercial execution across multiple stores, with the goal of optimizing customer experience and sales performance. /li liEnsure the implementation of global Visual Merchandising guidelines, seasonal updates, and standards defined in the Commercial Handbook. /li liTrain and develop in-store Visual teams, strengthening their capabilities and promoting consistency in execution. /li liSupport commercial planning and collaborate with store teams to deliver impactful campaigns and effective local commercial activities. /li liPlan and optimize Visual Merchandising activities, including layouts, styling, store presentations, and product sample coordination. /li liSupport new store openings, refurbishments, and visual maintenance projects across your assigned area. /li liMonitor fashion trends, customer expectations, and competitor activity to ensure stores remain commercially relevant and inspiring. /li liCollaborate with Sales Market stakeholders to maintain brand standards and ensure aligned, consistent execution across all stores. /li /ul h3WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH /h3 pYou will work closely with Store Managers, in-store Visual teams, Area teams, and Sales Market partners across Commercial, Sales, and Operations functions to ensure strong, consistent, and aligned visual execution throughout your assigned stores. /p h3WHO YOU ARE /h3 pWe are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and demonstrates strong capabilities in the following areas: /p ul liCreating visually inspiring and commercially competitive retail environments. /li liUsing your Visual Merchandising expertise, styling skills, and knowledge of fashion trends to support commercial performance. /li liTraining, coaching, and developing Visual teams to deliver consistent execution and an excellent customer experience.
