ppGV‑Milan HQ Country: Italy City: Milan, Piazza Einaudi, 4 Contract Type: Regular Department: Store Design Experience required: 10+ years Mode: Hybrid /ppAs a Senior Manager Store Design, you will lead the end-to-end design of global stores, pop‑ups, showrooms, hotels, and luxury apartments, overseeing all phases from preliminary concepts to final execution in line with brand vision, budget, and timing. /ph3Design Responsibilities /h3ulliPreliminary Design production (2D and 3D) according to commercial, budget and timing constraints and briefs /liliDesign presentation to prepare submissions to CEO and Creative Director /liliFinal design production (2D and 3D) following CEO/Creative Director guidance, feasibility checks and budget constraints /liliConstruction Design drawings check and follow‑up, quality check leadership, including virtual walkthroughs and site visits /liliValue engineering design solutions in case of extra‑budget /liliLighting design and architectural concept ideas,
global check and coordination /liliFeedback after store opening with various stakeholders /liliStore concept evolution and production of new moods and aesthetics /liliMaterials research /liliLuxury field stores competitor research and benchmarking /liliPrototypes coordination and approval /liliWeekly conversations and alignment with visual merchandising and store planning project management team /li /ulh3Team Management Responsibilities /h3ulliWeekly organization of team duties /liliMotivation and inspirational mindset /liliAct as a leader, giving accountability and creating a healthy and sustainable teamwork environment /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli10+ years as a leader of design within luxury environments, ideally fashion retail /lili2D and 3D drawing drafting, including renderings, hand sketching and photo‑shopping skills /liliFull knowledge of Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max, Illustrator /liliEnglish language proficiency and international experience /liliAvailability to travel when/if needed /li /ulh3EEO Statement /h3pDiversity and inclusion are integral to Versace's DNA.
