Overview

As Senior Project Manager – AI & Innovation, you will lead hands-on AI-driven initiatives within Business Assurance IT, driving POCs, MVPs, and automation from idea to deployment. You’ll work across IT pillars and business stakeholders to shape a scalable AI roadmap and ensure practical, value-driven solutions. You’ll experiment with prompts, test use cases, and balance governance with delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role offers impact across functions and an opportunity to advance responsible AI adoption at SGS.

Responsabilità

- Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept to deployment
- Develop, test, and refine AI prompts for business use cases
- Translate operational challenges into AI-enabled workflows and prototypes
- Iterate based on user feedback and outcomes to improve solutions
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to scale prototypes
- Promote responsible AI use with data quality, security, governance, and value
- Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, digital products, and transformation initiatives
- Create project plans, budgets, timelines, risk controls, success metrics, and adoption plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners




- Maintain momentum, resolve dependencies, and ensure measurable business impact
- Balance governance with agile, delivery-focused execution
- Identify and evaluate AI opportunities and emerging technologies
- Support AI roadmap development and cross-pillar initiatives
- Drive rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of solutions
- Assist stakeholders in understanding where AI adds value and how to apply it effectively

Requisiti fondamentali

- At least five years in project management, digital transformation, or related field
- Experience in Certification/Business Assurance industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering
- Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience in global, matrix organizations and coordinating across functions/geographies
- Agile, experimental mindset; ability to handle ambiguity and turn ideas into practical solutions
- Experience with AI initiatives supporting Sales or Salesforce-related use cases is advantageous
- Agile project delivery experience preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
