Overview

As Analytics Engineer, you will be the analytical backbone, shaping core data products and enabling data-driven decisions across domains. You’ll own end-to-end data products, ensure data lineage and governance, and drive scalable warehouse models that support cross-functional teams. You’ll enable a Data Mesh with centralized semantic metrics and contribute to highly auditable regulatory reporting. You will partner with the Data Platform team to shape shared infrastructure and promote rigorous documentation and collaboration. This role offers the chance to impact how data unlocks value for users and the business, in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Responsabilità

- Own end-to-end lifecycle of warehouse data products and ingestions, ensuring lineage, PII handling, and auditability
- Maintain shared dimensional models and central semantic metrics for cross-domain consumption




- Build and maintain auditable data models to automate regulatory reporting
- Guide shared warehouse infrastructure with the Data Platform team and support internal maintenance agents
- Proactively share knowledge through thorough documentation and code reviews to avoid bottlenecks

Requisiti fondamentali

- Data product owner mindset focusing on end-user value
- Expert in SQL; proficient in Python for scripting and pipelines
- Strong data modeling skills for scalable, multi-stakeholder models
- Experience with dbt or similar semantic modeling tools; familiarity with workflow orchestration; Git and CI/CD
- Excellent communicator with ability to drive cross-functional alignment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a self-starter who drives projects forward
- AI-fluent and curious with familiarity with AI-assisted development (Claude, Cursor)
