Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /ph3Your Role /h3pWe are looking for a Global Logistics Engineering Stageur to join our international logistics team. In this role, you will support and lead engineering projects that span across global warehouses, with a focus on technology, automation, packaging, and process optimization. You will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence and in fostering the integration of logistics models in all EssilorLuxottica World. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the management and execution of international logistics engineering projects (technologies – ex. RFID,



automation, packaging optimizations). /liliMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data management, reporting, and analysis activities. /liliIdentify and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency in existing logistics operations. /liliSupport and promote the integration of logistics models, tools, and processes in EL world. /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, external partners, and operational teams to drive project success. /li /ulh3Main Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field. /liliStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /liliExperience or familiarity with SAP and logistics-related data systems. /liliFluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus. /liliStrong curiosity, positive mindset, and a passion for innovation. /liliHigh affinity with data analysis and performance metrics. /liliInterest and knowledge in logistics, automation, and new technologies. /liliWillingness to learn in a fast‑paced and evolving environment. /liliHigh level of commitment, problem‑solving skills, and analytical thinking. /liliExcellent communication skills and an independent, proactive working style. /li /ulh3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /h3pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
