Stores Integration Lead Engineer

TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is seeking System Engineers to join one of our clients’ Aerospace & Aviation division. They will be responsible for overseeing the definition and flow-down of weapon requirements and coordinating the technical interfaces of payloads between internal disciplines and partners for a latest-generation military aircraft.

Main responsabilities:

- Customer Requirements Analysis (SRD);

- Breakdown of requirements and coordination with the aircraft’s technical areas (Mission System, Flight System, Airframe, Through-Life Support, Architecting, Core Platform Integration);

- Liaison with payload integration disciplines (WEM, Releasing, FCS, SR&J;, Power System);

- Technical support to the Role Equipment department: S&RE;, BRAS, SERS, CGS;

- Coordination of the WI Technical Configuration Memorandum across all payload interfaces;

- Conducting concept and trade-off studies (store compatibility, Pugh Matrix);

- Preparation of technical contributions for CER and CAO;

- Planning of activities with partners;

- Drafting of contractual deliverables (WI Engineering Management Plan, WI Data Management Plan);

- Management of the export control licences required for technical activities.

Required technical skills:

- Proven experience in weapons/stores integration or systems engineering on military aircraft (e.g. Eurofighter, F-35, Tornado, M-346);

- Solid experience in requirements engineering (analysis, flow-down, traceability) using DOORS or equivalent tools;

- Fluent English (C1), with experience of liaising with international partners and clients.

Nice to have:





- Knowledge of industry standards such as MIL-STD-1760 (aircraft/store interface) and MIL-HDBK-1763 / MIL-STD-8591 (aircraft-store compatibility);

- Familiarity with export control regulations (ITAR, UK Export Control, MAECI/UAMA licences);

- Experience with MBSE (SysML, Cameo/Capella);

- Participation in design reviews and the drafting of contractual plans (EMP, DMP).

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who are meticulous and maintain rigorous record-keeping standards. The ideal candidate will also be precise, a good team player and keen to learn and develop within complex, multidisciplinary technological environments.

Education: Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.

- The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 34.000 € and EUR 38.000 € gross per year.
