pbAbout the position: /bThis position is located at the La Bella Vista Club (Area F). /ppThis is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron at Aviano AB, Italy. /ppScheduled tour of duty will require evenings, weekends, and holiday work hours. bWho May Apply: Open to everyone. /bApplicants will be categorized by preference(s) and/or priority consideration eligibilities. Italian citizens may not apply for US NAF positions; however, may be eligible for local national positions on base. Must be able to provide documentation proving residence status overseas. Legal US residents must possess a social security number and be citizens of a NATO country. /ppThe 31ST Force Support Squadron is not currently providing logistical support. Applicants must provide proper documentation indicating they are already a supported member of Aviano AB.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. /ppbQualifying Experience: /b /ppExperience which demonstrates the ability to plan and organize social functions for large groups of people /ppExperience scheduling special events and arranging for catering services. /ppResponsibility for supervising or overseeing the food preparation or facility layout for group social functions; organizing activities which require coordination of numerous tasks involving cooperation from several sources of services or personnel. /ppExperience that provides knowledge of formal protocol for high-ranking dignitaries.
