We design intelligent, capable machines that work alongside people in real-world environments — developed in Genova, Italy. /ph3Role /h3pWe are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and development of company facilities and infrastructure. The role requires a balanced approach between strategic coordination and hands‑on execution, ensuring that all work environments meet high standards in terms of functionality, safety, and operational efficiency. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of company facilities, including offices, systems, and infrastructure /liliPlan, coordinate, and supervise refurbishment, renovation, and space optimization projects /liliManage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency /liliMonitor and control facility-related budgets and expenditures /liliEnsure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations /liliSupport the continuous improvement of workplace standards and operational processes /liliAct as the main point of contact for all facility-related matters across the organization /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience in facility management, infrastructure management,
