pThe unit Group HR Digital Processes is responsible for leading the Group Digital Employee Experience roadmap and contributes to shaping target initiatives within Group People Strategy cycles in collaboration with the HR leadership team and Group IT. Within this scope, we are looking for a bGroup HR Digital Learning Experience Solution Manager. /b /p pThe successful candidate will report to the Head of Group HR Digital Processes and will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the Group learning digital experience and platform. S/he will be mainly accountable for: /p ul liLead the end-to-end development and management of We Learn, the global learning platform deployed to 88k employees across 40+ countries, driving its continuous evolution and scalability /li liIdentify and implement areas of improvement of the digital learning experience by embedding AI-enabled solutions, capture market trends, and harmonize evolution requests from internal stakeholders to drive continuous innovation /li liEnsure stable platform operations and enabling the delivery of Group lead upskilling / reskilling initiatives (e.g.: 30+ dedicate space for local learning, 250 new skills courses, 300+ Leadership Management path) /li liAct as business partner for the Group Academy department and serving as the primary strategic reference point in the management of strategic projects, managerial training, and learning innovation /li liLead and coordinate a global learning ecosystem across 40+ countries and multiple business units providing expert advice and support to local learning managers in identifying and implementing local digital learning initiatives, ensuring proper local configurations and respect of segregation of duties, keeping always full alignment of Group learning experience guidelines /li liCoordinate all internal stakeholders, such as Group product owner, local learning managers, support functions and external partners such as platform vendor, system integrator and other learning partners.



/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 6-8 years of experience in similar positions for structured / complex organizations or international consultancy firms /li liProven experience of design and implementation of digital Learning platforms and solutions in multinational organizations /li liProven experience of working in international environments and managing multiple projects guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery /li liExperience in adopting and integrating innovative technologies, including, but not limited to, Artificial Intelligence and cloud-based HR platforms, to enhance learners’ process and overall digital experience /li liPassion for digital transformation, with a track record of leading projects that improve efficiency, user experience, and strategic alignment in HR processes. /li liEnglish and Italian full proficiency, other language such as French, German or Spanish is a plus /li liExcellent knowledge of Office (excel, ppt, word) /li /ul h3Soft Skills: /h3 ul liBusiness acumen as ability to understand and embed the strategic vision and business requirements in the HR Organization /li liStructured, proactive and solution oriented /li liChange management experience and strong presentation and communication skills /li liGlobal and cultural awareness with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse cultures and organizational levels. /li liInterpersonal and communication competencies to develop trustworthy relationships and create networks /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer employment at the manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement. /p pGross annual salary ranging between 57K€ and 70K€.
