We are looking for an Account Manager to join our LSEG Customer Connect Sales team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers with a strong focus on revenue retention and growth. You will develop and execute account strategies to maintain existing revenue while identifying new business opportunities, primarily through remote engagement (calls, email, and digital tools). The role requires a proactive and customer‑focused individual with strong commercial drive and the ability to build long‑term relationships.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best client outcomes
Track client activity and pipeline in internal systems
Skills & Experience
Strong business and commercial mindset
Fluent in English; additional European language (French, Italian or Spanish) preferred
Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive sales outcomes
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills




Strong problem‑solving skills and customer focus
