In this position, you will manage customer orders, quotations, contracts, and master data while acting as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, logistics, and internal departments. and issue quotations, contracts, and sales-related documentation.Monitor customer requests and provide timely support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Validate order details, pricing, and delivery requirements before processing.Collaborate with the sales team to support commercial activities and customer relationships.Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners.Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders.What Makes You the Right FitPrevious experience in a Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, or similar commercial role.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.Fluent Italia
