Overview
As Senior Pricing and Access Consultant at Parexel Access Consulting, you shape market access and pricing strategies for pharma products. You’ll develop payer-focused communications and align evidence generation with pricing and reimbursement plans to position products effectively. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic client insights and author materials like global value dossiers. This role offers meaningful impact by improving patient access through rigorous HTA and market access excellence.
Responsabilità
- Lead development of pricing and market access materials (global value dossiers, payer-focused value stories, HTA appraisals, landscape assessments, advisory board materials)
- Mentor and supervise junior team members to ensure high-quality outputs
- Serve as the primary Parexel client contact, translating needs into strategic deliverables
- Design project scopes and plans, securing agreement from stakeholders
- Apply disease-area knowledge to position products strategically in the market
- Assist clients with product value messaging and market dynamics understanding
- Manage client relationships and scope within projects
- Identify opportunities for future projects and expand the client base
- Lead and motivate project teams,
ensuring timely delivery and open communication
- Oversee project finances to ensure profitability and budget adherence
- Uphold quality assurance standards throughout project delivery
- Function as a key liaison for cross-functional collaboration to support pricing and access strategies
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 6 years in pricing and market access, preferably in consulting
- At least 3 years of project management in pricing, HTA, and literature reviews
- Experience managing large written communications (global value dossiers)
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its dynamics
- Proven track record of timely, client-ready deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written English, high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to thrive under pressure
- Proven client-facing and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science; higher degree desirable
