pMission: the role focuses on ensuring the safety of construction operations in the infrastructure environment, including site safety processes, equipment, workers, under coordination of senior engineer or principal engineer. /ph3Key accountabilities /h3ulliassist in identification, assessment and mitigation of construction safety risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. /liliconduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices and conditions. /lilicollaborate on development and implementation of corrective actions to meet safety and health program requirements. /liliprepare technical reports of inspection findings. /liliassist in developing project-specific safety plans, risk assessments and method statements. /lilireview construction plans for safety compliance. /liliorganize and conduct safety training sessions for site personnel. /lilidevelop and implement emergency response plans for construction sites. /liliperform and verify risk assessments for various construction activities and propose control measures.



/liliparticipate in incident investigations and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions. /liliprovide day‑to‑day support and oversight of project elements, working with engineering teams on site. /lilidevelop project schedules and deliverable timelines under supervision. /liliprepare technical deliverables, health‑safety plans, safety and coordination plans, performance documentation and engineering drawings. /liliprepare progress technical reports and ensure activities follow rina qms quality policy. /li /ulh3Qualifications experience /h3pminimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction or environment. knowledge of safety regulations and standards (e.g., dlgs 81/08, csp, cse). ability to identify, assess and mitigate construction safety risks. experience in site inspection, reporting and safety planning. fluency in italian. /ph3Compensation /h3pgross annual salary between €33 000 and €45 000, plus variable annual compensation. company welfare benefits. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
