OverviewAs Senior Systems Engineer in the PIC product line, you will bridge customers and internal engineering to define and support next‐gen regulator and lighting products. You will become a technical expert in automotive and industrial applications, shaping architectures and verification strategies for power management. Your work will enable impactful solutions across e-mobility, clean energy, and industrial automation, with hands-on lab validation and production-ready collateral. You drive cross‐functional collaboration to deliver robust, testable designs.ResponsabilitàDevelop specifications, architectures, and algorithms for target marketsAnalyze customer applications in automotive/industrial spaces to become a go‐to expertVerify Power IC performance through hands‐on, application‐based lab testingCreate datasheets, application reports, and reference designs for sales and applications teamsCollaborate with Design, Test, Safety,



and Quality teams to ensure product robustness from concept to productionTravel domestically and internationally to support a global customer baseRequisiti fondamentaliBSEE or MSEE (or equivalent)4+ years in Power Converter Applications or Power IC DesignSolid foundation in PMIC and/or switching regulator topologies, EMI mitigation, PCB layout, and lab testingProficiency with laboratory equipment and testing methodologiesExcellent communication and presentation skills for customers and leadershipWillingness to travel nationally and internationallyexcellent communicationability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiencescross-functional collaborationPMIC and switching regulator topologiesEMI mitigation techniquesPCB layout
