Baker Hughes continues to help customers meet the world's evolving energy needs through technology leadership, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to sustainability. /ppFuel your passion As a Business System Leader, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining the business management system that translates long-term strategy into focused priorities, executable plans, and measurable results across the combined Quest Integrity and In-Line Inspection organization. /ph3As a Business System Leader, you will be responsible for: /h3ulliPartnering with business leadership teams to integrate Long-Range Planning (LRP), Annual Planning, and strategic priorities into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes. /liliTranslating strategic objectives into breakthrough initiatives, functional action plans, milestones, and performance targets. /liliFacilitating leadership alignment on priorities, resource allocation, execution timelines, and critical business decisions. /liliCoordinating annual operating calendars, including leadership meetings, strategy reviews, business reviews, planning sessions, and organizational events. /liliEstablishing structured leadership operating rhythms that support effective decision-making, accountability, and execution. /liliDeveloping, implementing, and continuously improving the business management system used to plan, execute, monitor, and improve business performance. /liliIntegrating strategy deployment, governance, performance reviews, KPI management, daily management, and transformation initiatives into a cohesive operating framework. /liliEstablishing common standards, processes, templates, visual management tools, and review mechanisms across the organization. /liliAssessing business system maturity and developing roadmaps to improve adoption, capability, and sustainable results. /liliChampioning Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies as core elements of the organization's operating model. /liliLeading strategy deployment workshops, Kaizen events, value stream reviews, and structured problem-solving activities aligned to business objectives.



/liliCoaching leaders and teams on Lean principles, visual management, standard work, root cause analysis, A3 problem solving, and continuous improvement methodologies. /liliSupporting the development of internal capability to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and sustain operational excellence. /liliMaintaining performance scorecards, KPI frameworks, and governance processes that provide clear visibility into business performance. /liliIdentifying performance gaps, driving corrective actions, and supporting leadership teams in achieving strategic and operational objectives. /liliSupporting organizational transformation and integration activities by aligning management practices, governance processes, and improvement initiatives across the business. /liliDriving cross-functional collaboration to simplify processes, eliminate duplication, and institutionalize best practices. /liliSupporting change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities that enable successful adoption of business initiatives and transformation programs. /li /ulh3To be successful in this role, you will: /h3ulliHave a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline. /liliHave significant experience in business operations, strategy deployment, enterprise planning, operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement. /liliDemonstrate experience leading Long-Range Planning (LRP), Annual Planning, strategic reviews, business reviews, or comparable enterprise planning processes. /liliHave experience designing and implementing management systems, governance frameworks, performance management processes, and operating rhythms. /liliDemonstrate strong financial, operational, and business acumen with the ability to connect business performance to strategic outcomes. /liliHave experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives within global and matrixed organizations. /liliPossess strong facilitation, stakeholder management, program management, and executive communication skills. /liliDemonstrate the ability to analyse complex information, identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership teams. /liliHave experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies to improve organizational performance. /liliBe capable of influencing senior leaders and driving change through collaboration, credibility, and relationship-building. /liliPreferred to have Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent operational excellence qualification.

The provisions of the Contratto Collettivo Dirigenti Industria will be applied to this position. Article three (3) of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
