New Opportunity – Electrical EngineerLocation : Rome, Italy (office-based)Package : €80,000 + bonusPiper Maddox are supporting a growing renewable energy IPP with a 4GW pipeline who are looking to hire an Electrical Engineer to join their Engineering team. This role will focus on the development and construction of utility-scale solar PV, wind, and BESS projects .You'll play a key role across the full project lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities:Design of PV, wind, and BESS plants (layout, electrical sizing,



MV/HV connections)Preparation of grid connection documentation and technical solutionsEvaluation of grid connection optionsPreparation and review of technical specifications and tender documentationSupport procurement in selecting key components (modules, inverters, trackers)Support development activities (yield assessment, grid analysis)Requirements:3+ years' experience in a similar role within renewable energyDegree in Electrical EngineeringKnowledge of CEI, IEC, and UNI standardsExperience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVcase or similar toolsAbility to produce technical drawings and reportsEnglish and Italian skillsPlease apply or reach out to (email hidden) if you think this role would be a good fit
