pbLuogo di lavoro: /b Romabr/Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator - Revenue Systems (SaaS) /p pbRole Type: /b Contractorbr/bLocation: /b Remote /p pWe are seeking experienced bSalesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) /b to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. /p pYou’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required. /p h3Scope of Work /h3 ul liAudit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues. /li liAnalyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules. /li liReview and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms. /li liCreate clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios. /li liDocument recommended system changes and operational decisions.



/li liAssess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools. /li liProvide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul li4-6 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms. /li liExperience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts. /li liStrong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions. /li liExperience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms. /li liWorking knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation. /li liExperience working in SaaS environments. /li liExcellent written and verbal English communication skills. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
