Graduates gain hands-on experience on major projects, supported by structured mentoring, formal training and continuous professional development, providing a strong foundation for long-term career progression. /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pThe Graduate Electrical Engineer will support the delivery of electrical services on construction projects,



ensuring installations are completed in line with approved designs, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. The role offers progressive responsibility across engineering, site and project support functions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Environment, Health Safety (EHS) /h3 ul liComply with the Project EHS Plan and company safety procedures. /li liPromote a proactive safety culture and identify potential hazards. /li liEnsure all works comply with statutory and company requirements. /li /ul h3Engineering Technical Support /h3 ul liInterpret electrical drawings, schematics and specifications. /li liCarry out site walks and produce snag lists. /li liSupport services coordination and resolve clashes. /li liAssist with technical submittals and BIM coordination. /li liLiaise with suppliers, subcontractors and specialist designers. /li liContribute proactively to programme delivery. /li /ul h3Procurement /h3 ul liAssist with developing and tracking electrical procurement schedules. /li liSupport receipt verification of materials and equipment on site. /li /ul h3Quality Commissioning /h3 ul liReview Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). /li liWitness testing and commissioning activities as required. /li liCarry out internal pre-testing and track snag close-out. /li liPopulate and manage test packs for inspection and handover. /li liAssist in compiling certificates and OM documentation. /li /ul h3Planning Commercial Awareness /h3 ul liDevelop an understanding of project and commissioning schedules.
