Headquartered in Marietta, Georgia, CribMaster serves more than 12,000 customers across 36 countries, helping manufacturing facilities and job sites improve productivity, compliance, safety, and operational efficiency through software-driven vending, tool control, RFID, and inventory management solutions. /p pTogether, STANLEY Black Decker and CribMaster combine global strength, industry-leading technology, and a strong customer-first culture to deliver innovative solutions and meaningful impact worldwide. /p h3You’ll get to: /h3 ul liQualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads, support lead generation campaigns, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. /li liConduct structured multi-channel prospecting across target EMEA accounts via calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and campaigns. /li liEngage prospects to understand operational challenges and introduce relevant CribMaster solutions. /li liIdentify and map multi-stakeholder buying groups across key functions and seniority levels. /li liBuild early-stage business cases and messaging around customer needs such as cost reduction, safety, compliance, stock availability, and productivity. /li liNurture strategic prospects through long sales cycles until qualified for handover to sales or channel partners. /li liBuild and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the EMEA sales team. /li liDeliver against activity targets across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other touchpoints. /li liFollow up on leads from trade shows, digital campaigns, and other marketing activities. /li liUse Salesforce to track outreach, response rates, qualification ratios, and pipeline progression.



/li liProvide regular activity and lead generation reports to management. /li liMaintain a resilient and proactive prospecting mindset. /li liCollaborate with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to support the sales process. /li liPrepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations as needed. /li liMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities. /li liParticipate in industry events and trade shows, supporting lead generation and follow-up. /li liShare best practices and support continuous improvement within the sales team. /li /ul h3Who You Are: /h3 ul liExperience in B2B business development or inside sales, preferably in industrial, aerospace, defence, manufacturing, MRO, logistics, or technical environments. /li liAbility to prospect into complex B2B accounts with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. /li liComfortable engaging senior stakeholders across key business functions. /li liAbility to translate customer pain points into relevant value messages. /li liKnowledge of aerospace, defence, manufacturing, MRO, or regulated environments is a strong advantage. /li liStrong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. /li liProficiency in Salesforce and digital sales tools; ZoomInfo and similar tools are a plus. /li liExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. /li liKnowledge of AI and automation tools for prospecting and lead generation is a significant plus. /li liFluent English is mandatory; knowledge of 3+ European languages is a strong advantage. /li liAnalytical mindset with confidence working with sales KPIs and conversion metrics. /li liHighly self-disciplined, autonomous, and comfortable working remotely. /li liCustomer-focused, proactive, adaptable, and resilient. /li liWillingness to travel up to 35%. /li /ul h3What You’ll Receive: /h3 pYou’ll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits plan:
