By utilizing advanced technologies to ensure the highest standards in dialysis product manufacturing, we’re not only driving innovation — we’re also creating meaningful change for patients worldwide. /ppJoin our passionate team and be part of this global impact! /ppbAbout the role /b /ppWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented bQuality Control Expert /b to join our Quality team. /ppIn this role, you will support the Quality Control Manager in coordinating daily QC operations,
ensuring compliance with quality requirements, and maintaining continuity of departmental activities. You will play a key role in overseeing incoming inspections, in-process controls, finished product testing, sterilization activities, and microbiological testing managed through external laboratories. /ppThe position offers the opportunity to work in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, collaborating closely with Production, Engineering, Industrialization, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Supplier Quality teams to ensure the highest standards of product quality and patient safety. /ph3Your responsibilities /h3pAs Quality Control Expert, you will: /pullipSupport the QC Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating Quality Control activities. /p /lilipCoordinate day-to-day QC operations, setting priorities and ensuring alignment with production timelines and SAP release schedules. /p /lilipEnsure the correct execution of quality controls on incoming materials, components, semi-finished products, and finished products. /p /lilipReview and approve quality control documentation and batch records. /p /lilipRelease semi-finished products to the next phase of the manufacturing process. /p /lilipManage non-conformities, customer complaints, SNCRs, process changes, and special permissions. /p /lilipCoordinate outsourced microbiological testing activities, including analysis planning, result review, deviation management, environmental monitoring, and cleanroom revalidation. /p /lilipCollaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
